Account group is a grouping done on all the accounts in the accounts master based on their similarities.

UID

This is the unique identification code generated by the system for every account group.

Name

This is the name of the account group.

Under

This is tha name of the accounts group to which the account group to be created comes under.

Maintain Deposit Account

Tick the check box to select if deposit account is to be maintained .

Acc No Prefix

This is the prefix of the account number.

No. of Digit

Number of digits in the account number

Start No

This is the strating numbers of the account number.

Remark

This is a field to enter any additional information or remark regarding this account group.
